Marketing Assistant (Hybrid - 20 hours per week)

You will be working closely with, and reporting to, the Marketing Insights Manager whose role involves planning, executing, and analysing marketing initiatives to support the growth of Fox Excel and the Fox Connaught.

You will be based in-venue two days a week and work from home three days a week.

What does your week look like? Varied!

  • Provide regular reports of results/areas for improvement offline and online
  • Manage marketing promotions collateral in-venue (posters, menus, etc)
  • Produce weekly photographic & video content at our two venues in E16
  • Update our two websites with text, image & video content
  • Monitor competitors’ performance – Google, social, reviews
  • Monitor, manage and measure our four review platforms
  • Manage all 3rd party partner platforms (imagery, content updates, promotions)
  • Create, engage, grow and analyse our extensive social media presence
  • Weekly communications with our marketing agency partners 

The successful candidate should have at least two years’ experience in managing online platforms, social media management, email marketing and print co-ordination, with a proven track record of results, reliability, and resourcefulness.

We are looking for someone who is industrious – there is always a lot of work to do! -creative, and a self-starter, with great communication skills and close attention to detail.

This is a truly hybrid role: you will work two days from our glorious venues in E16 and three days from your home, twenty hours a week over four/five days. Whilst most weeks will be four hours a day over five days, we are looking for some flexibility i.e. you will be required very occasionally to cover big evening/weekend events but will be given plenty of notice.

 

 - Salary£14,500 pa

- 50% discount on food &     drinks across all venues in the portfolio

- 25 days holiday (pro-rated)

- 6-month probationary period
