A 25% non‑refundable deposit of the minimum spend is required, with the remaining balance due no later than four weeks before the event. For groups of 10 or less, no deposit is required.
Fox Excel full venue hire can host up to 1000 people. Area capacity: Warehouse Bar 900 standing, 300 seated, The Restaurant 150 standing, 100 seated, Half Restaurant 50-70 standing, 30-50 seated, The Snug 50 standing, 32 seated, Basement Bar 100 standing, 70 seated, The Mez 45 standing, 20 seated, Roped-off Bar 1 40 standing, Roped-off Bar 2 60 standing. Yes, we offer a range of catering options, including finger buffets, sandwiches, and sharing platters. Our team can help put together a suitable menu.
No, there isn’t a designated drop-off point, but you can drop off at the front doors. Getting here
Our usual closing time is 11pm, but if you’d like your event to run later, this can often be arranged in advance for an additional cost, subject to licensing.
