Can we bring our own cake for an engagement celebration?

Yes, you can bring your own cake, but you'll need to sign a food waiver. There's no charge for plating it.

Is there a microphone available for a toast or announcement?

Yes, we have a full sound system and two wireless microphones available.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

If you cancel between four and eight weeks before your event, 75% of the minimum spend will be refunded and 25% retained by the venue. Cancellations made less than four weeks before the event are non-refundable.

How do i make a booking or enquiry?

To make a booking or enquiry, simply fill in our group booking or private event enquiry form. For breakfast, lunch and dinner bookings for smaller groups up to ten, you can book instantly using the "Book a Table" button at the top right of the website, or use our table booking enquiry form.

Is there an Event Manager or Coordinator on the day?

Yes, our Sales team will be your main point of contact in the lead-up to your event. On the day, your event will be looked after by our Operations team.
